The seller logs into the SMARTENDER system, completes all mandatory fields in the specification document for the product they wish to sell, approves the online contract, and initiates the auction.

The buyer uses the SMARTENDER search engine to find the desired product category, then logs in to enter the quantity they wish to purchase, along with shipment and payment details, on the auction page, thus participating in the auction.

Within the specified timeframe set by the seller, orders are collected for the quantity the seller wants to sell, and the auction is concluded by SMARTENDER.

Once the auction process is completed, SMARTENDER notifies both the buyers and the seller.
